Use the steps

1.Clean your face
2. Insert one end of the data cable into the output port of the controller and the other end into the power interface of the phototherapy pad;
3.Pass the retractable straps of the mask through;
4.Put on the mask and ensure that there is no obstruction on your eyes. Adjust the length of the telescopic strap to the appropriate position by pulling the strap to adjust the fit and comfort of the mask to your face;
5.Press and hold the power button on the controller to turn it on;
Press the nasal bridge of the mask from the outside in to ensure that the eyes are not exposed to the light;
6.Press the M button briefly to select the treatment mode and start phototherapy;
7.Press the power button briefly to select the processing time. The indicator blinks at the TIME position of the controller. Each light represents 5 minutes. Select the processing duration you need. The time selection is complete after the indicator blinks 5 times;
8.Once the processing time is complete, the device will automatically turn off;
Use wet wipes to clean the mask and store it after cleaning.
